1. 21+ Age Requirement & Government ID
Bullitt Bar is strictly an establishment for adults aged 21 and over. All guests entering the premises must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver's License, State Identification Card, Military ID, or Passport). Bullitt Bar reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone unable to present proper identification or anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior.
2. Conduct & Safety Policy
We pride ourselves on providing an aggressive, energetic, yet safe environment. Harassment, physical aggression, discrimination, or unlawful activities will result in immediate removal from the venue and potential restriction from future visits.
3. VIP List & SMS / Email Communications
By opting into the Bullitt Bar VIP List, you consent to receive periodic communications including promotional emails and SMS messages regarding upcoming events, DJ performances, holiday parties, birthday promotions, and drink specials. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from email announcements via the link provided in any email.
4. Private Party & Buyout Reservations
Event bookings, bar minimums, and reservations are subject to separate formal agreements and deposit requirements. Any cancellations or date transfers must adhere to the terms agreed upon during the booking process.
